No, itβs like we resell phone lines (VoIP) to clients. We could choose to sell them at cost as it involves minimal work. Someone as big as a housing association or council could do the same with broadband if they wanted to.
Ah I guess that could be good! I though it was just about the money they would get for the wayleave agreements
